About the Position
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our design teams. We solve web and mobile applications for clients from many sectors, including banking, e-commerce, fintech, and automotive. We manage projects in an agile way: SCRUM. Every day we use good practices: programming in pairs, code verification, continuous integration, and continuous implementation.
Responsibilities
- Creating, leading, and owning product vision
- Leading and helping with anchoring the agile transformation across IT Operations
- Continuously driving the product strategy in 5Q roadmap planning and ensuring it is aligned with overall business strategies within BEC
- Managing and prioritizing product backlog
- Driving Product Backlog Refinement in close collaboration with key stakeholders
- Fostering and facilitating timely decision-making across stakeholders and Ops team
- Inviting all key stakeholders to open collaboration and ensuring they are involved
Requirements
- Knowledge/experience from working with an internal IT function, comprising areas like IT Equipment, IT Assets, Support functions, etc.
- Lean/Agile mindset
- 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar
- Fluent in English – written as well as spoken
- Data analysis and data modeling knowledge is an advantage
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Outgoing and with great communication skills
- Able to create relations and build up a good network across the organization
- Team player focused on collaboration
- Presenting a strong focus on quality, business value, and making things happen
