About the Position

We are seeking a Product Owner (Digital Transformation) for a remote full-time role, focusing on enterprise AI, automation, and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery and continuous evolution of enterprise AI, automation, and knowledge management solutions.
• Translate strategic business priorities into well-defined product roadmaps, epics, features, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
• Manage products throughout their lifecycle, from discovery and solution definition to delivery, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Managers, architects, developers, AI specialists, IT teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Define product scope, acceptance criteria, MVPs, and release priorities while balancing business value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, process analysis, workshops, and solution discussions to ensure delivery teams have clear, actionable requirements.
• Analyze and document current and future business processes to support solution design and continuous improvement.
• Support the design and implementation of enterprise AI, workflow automation, and digital platform initiatives.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives while managing risks, dependencies, delivery milestones, and release plans.
• Review completed deliverables to ensure alignment with business requirements, quality expectations, and product objectives.
• Maintain traceability between business objectives, product requirements, and delivered capabilities.
• Drive product adoption, change management, user enablement, and continuous value realization through measurable business outcomes.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, governance, and Responsible AI standards while promoting best practices across the organization.
• Contribute to reusable frameworks, delivery patterns, and best practices that support future digital initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Management, Delivery Leadership, Digital Transformation, or similar roles.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale digital, AI, automation, platform, or data-driven solutions.
• Experience working as a Product Owner within Agile environments, preferably SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
• Strong experience managing product backlogs, prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery execution.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready requirements.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation, production rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping, requirements elicitation, solution evaluation, and scope definition.
• Experience defining MVPs, managing product scope, dependencies, risks, and implementation priorities.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI assistants, Copilot technologies, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI use cases.
• Familiarity with enterprise knowledge management platforms, workflow automation, enterprise search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
• Experience working with APIs, enterprise integrations, and cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of modern product development practices and software delivery lifecycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, AI Foundry, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience implementing AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives within enterprise organizations.
• Experience working in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors and distributed delivery teams.
• Experience defining reusable enterprise capabilities, frameworks, accelerators, or platform components.
• Experience driving large-scale adoption of emerging digital technologies and AI-powered solutions.
