What makes your job special

As a Product Owner Digitalisation & Banking, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients regarding strategic, functional, and methodological challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating workshops with decision-makers
• Prioritizing functional and technical requirements in the product backlog
• Overseeing the creation and implementation of user stories
• Developing high-value solutions as part of a team in accordance with our clients’ strategic roadmap
• Translating digital and AI-driven approaches into practical, value-adding solutions for clients
• Developing strategic partnerships with banks and technology partners on digital transformation projects

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience as a Product Owner at a bank or in financial services
• Strong knowledge of products and processes related to credits, securities, or payment transactions at banks and investment firms
• Extensive experience with agile environments and methodologies as well as the ability to effectively apply and further develop modern digital and AI-enabled solutions
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a proactive approach
• University degree in economics, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Fluent in written and spoken English (C1-Level) and Portuguese (C1-Level)
