About the Position
TemaBit Fozzy Group – an IT company that develops unique solutions for more than 40 businesses in the group. We specialize in web and mobile development, as well as software for business process management and infrastructure projects.
We are currently looking for a Product Owner who will be responsible for the development of a product in the domain of electronic document management (EDI).
This is an opportunity to work on a product that is critical to the business, ensuring the handling of accounting and financial documentation, and to contribute to its transformation from a legacy solution to a new modern system.
The role involves close interaction with business customers (including the finance department), participation in shaping the product vision, and developing a solution that optimizes internal processes, increases work efficiency, and creates value for end users.
Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining the Product Vision;
- Managing Lean Canvas, forming product metrics;
- Organizing Discovery: interviews, personas, needs analysis;
- Analyzing competitors, market, trends;
- Building Customer Journey, process modeling (BPMN/UML);
- Forming backlog, user stories, epics, features;
- Prioritizing tasks (MSCW);
- Collaborating with the Scrum team: planning, review, retrospective;
- Building MVP, A/B testing, hypothesis verification;
- Preparing go-to-market materials, participating in the launch.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner;
- Knowledge of SCRUM, Agile, Design Thinking;
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams;
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, GA4, Miro, Figma.
