Responsibilities

• You will shape the Product Backlog, write User Stories, and prioritize according to strategic goals
• You will take responsibility for the "what" to be done - For the "how", you trust your development team and leave the approach and task distribution to them
• You will create a roadmap for development steps, visualizing a strategic overview
• You will take a holistic perspective: You will work at the interface of technical requirements, technical developments, and UX
• You will track the progress of product development and product success with suitable methods and tools - It is also your task to recognize and communicate potential delays early
• You will supervise interns, impart knowledge, and work on equal footing with everyone
• You will observe the market and competition to strengthen our market positioning and gather inspiration for further development

Requirements

What You Bring:

• You have a successfully completed degree with an economic, technical background or a comparable qualification
• You have an agile and product-oriented mindset and bring relevant project experience and working methods
• You are characterized by an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach, take on responsibility with pleasure, and convince with design skills
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and adapting to new developments easily
