Responsibilities

• Experience in the recruitment niche is a big plus.
• Technical background and experience in creating user interfaces.
• At least 3 years of combined experience in creating and developing B2B products + experience in managing interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to develop and present a product strategy.
• Ability to analyze competition.
• Ability to identify growth points in the product.
• Ability to set specific goals for the product and achieve them.
• Knowledge of basic internet marketing and understanding of e-commerce projects.
• Experience in creating wireframes, setting tasks for designers and developers.
• Experience in leading the work of these teams.
• Experience with web analytics tools (GA, similar websites).
• Ability to analyze the market, competitor products, and monetization methods.
• Have ideas and understand how job search and job offer aggregation works.
