Responsibilities

• Experience in the job research niche will be a big plus.
• With a technical background and experience in user interface development.
• Total experience in creating and developing B2B products for at least 3 years + experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop and present a product strategy.
• Ability to analyze competitors.
• Ability to look for growth points in the product.
• Ability to set specific goals for the product and achieve them.
• Knowledge of the basics of Internet marketing and understanding of the specifics of e-commerce projects.
• Experience in creating mock-ups, setting tasks for designers and programmers.
• Experience in managing the work of those teams.
• Experience with web analytics tools (GA, Similar Web).
• Ability to analyze the market, competitors' products, monetization methods.
• Have ideas and understanding of how job search and job aggregation work.
