About the Position

Product Owner (кредитування)

We are seeking a Product Owner (кредитування) with 3+ years of experience in banking or financial institutions to join our innovative FinTech company in a hybrid or remote format.

Our Expectations

• Experience of 3+ years in banking or other financial institutions;
• Experience in the development and implementation of credit products;
• Practical experience in launching at least one credit product (consumer lending, credit cards, unsecured loans, BNPL, etc.);
• Knowledge of the consumer credit market, regulatory framework, and credit products for individuals;
• Understanding of project management basics, product lifecycle, and business requirement formation processes;
• Experience in developing credit product concepts, building P&L models, and evaluating their profitability;
• Experience in building business processes, interacting with internal and external stakeholders, and analyzing the credit product market;
• Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Project, Jira, Miro, Figma, or other project management and business process description tools.

Responsibilities

• Development and support of existing credit products (credit cards, revolving credit line);
• Development of new credit product and service concepts (credit cards, overdraft, RCL) for various sales channels;
• Formation of business requirements, development of business processes and credit schemes for the implementation and development of credit products;
• Market analysis, competitive environment, and preparation of proposals for the development of the company's credit products;
• Management of the product backlog, initiation, and support of technological improvements;
• Interaction with cross-functional teams (risk, legal, financial, operational, marketing, design, business analysis, development) at all stages of product creation and development;
• Preparation of materials for support, training, and methodology teams;
• Monitoring the effectiveness of credit products, analyzing sales results, and implementing initiatives for their improvement.
