About the Position
Within the Swiss-Ukrainian E-Governance for Accountability and Participation Program (EGAP), East Europe Foundation announces a vacancy for the position of Product Owner for the Mriia project.
Responsibilities
- Manage a separate product line – from concept to launch;
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, industry trends, and user feedback;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams: developers, design, marketing, etc. to develop the product;
- Collect and prioritize product requirements, create user stories, and a well-defined backlog of tasks;
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of industry developments to identify opportunities and risks;
- Work closely with project managers to agree on a vision of product goals, timelines, and deliverables;
- Define and analyze KPIs to measure product and iteration success based on data-driven insights;
- Ability to set up and conduct quantitative and qualitative types of research: interviews (empathic, jobs to be done, quantitative, work with statistics) and the ability to conduct interviews with users.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a product team working with both web products and mobile applications;
- Deep understanding of the construction of interfaces and the user journey (UX) and their visual expression (UI) in the application and the web;
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Amplitude, Mixpanel, BigQuery, Tableau;
- English proficiency level from Intermediate (B2).
Nice to Have
- Experience in EdTech or educational products;
- Experience as a developer;
- Presence of a technical background: experience in development, working with databases, testing;
- Understanding and ability to work with data structures.
