Product Owner (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the IT project manager in the holistic support and management of app development projects for customers such as FAZ, Tagesschau, Beurer, Mercedes Benz, Vonovia, etc.
  • Supporting contact person in technical, content-related, and organizational issues for customers and developers.
  • Analysis and specification of web services.
  • Project-accompanying technical documentation, creating tickets, creating user stories, and comparing technical requirements with the development team.
  • Creation and execution of test scenarios as well as manual functional and surface tests.
  • Creating and monitoring test reports, error analyses, and corresponding documentation.
  • Passing on test results to the project team, working in agile project teams.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in media technology, media informatics, medical informatics, or business informatics.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a product owner or project manager (m/f/d).
  • Ability to analyze and document JSON/REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language.
  • Basic knowledge of system architectures.
  • Understanding of the design of front- and backend solutions.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Ability to work in a team and enjoy communicating with customers.
  • A flair for design and user interfaces.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • German language skills at C1 level, written and spoken.
