Profile of the Position

English: Very good knowledge of the language in speech and writing (necessary for effective prompting and work in an international environment).
Communication and Relationships: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build bridges between the development team and key stakeholders.
Product Mindset: Analytical thinking, ability to draw logical conclusions, and full responsibility for product development.
Tech-savvy: Great orientation in technological trends (with particular attention to generative AI and process automation), using tools such as JIRA.

Responsibilities

Vision and Roadmap: Defining the product strategy based on market trends (including support from data analysis and AI tools for research).
Requirements Management: Collaborating with clients and the team to define and refine tickets/User Stories (the use of AI to speed up documentation and acceptance criteria is welcome).
Scrum Work: Daily leadership of the development team, conducting ceremonies, and effective planning of work scope.
QA and Acceptance: Verifying the functionality delivered by developers for compliance with business requirements.
Data & Progress: Monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on the progress of work (using modern analytical tools).
Product Evangelism: Preparing engaging presentations and conducting product training on new features.
Market Analysis: Continuous monitoring of competition and technological trends to ensure our product always exceeds market standards.
