About the Position
We are looking for a Product Owner SAP FI (w/m/d) to join Otto Group one.O in Hamburg, DE. In this role, you will play a central role in reshaping our main book integration processes with S/4HANA.
Responsibilities
- As an IT-Product-Owner, you will be pivotal in redesigning our main book integration processes with S/4HANA.
- Your agile mindset and ability to tackle complex technical challenges are crucial for the success of our projects.
- Your goal is to design and configure the main book and the credit and debit sub-ledgers in the SAP-FI module in conjunction with the MM and SD modules based on a Greenfield S/4HANA system.
- This includes designing and setting up the main book as a shadow-FI and ensuring seamless interaction with the (main) main book in another SAP S/4HANA system.
- Additionally, you will work with your product team to analyze, configure, and set up the VAT reporting in Poland according to Polish tax law.
- You will accompany the entire lifecycle of the applications, from conception to application support, and contribute to the further development and optimization of our processes.
Requirements
- Experience with SAP (preferably FI) and a strong agile mindset.
- Proven experience in project or product management.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in German and English at least at C1 level.
- A background in (business) informatics is advantageous but not mandatory if you have comparable qualifications.
- Knowledge of other SAP components and ITIL processes is desirable.
Nice to Have
- Experience with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) or integration scenarios.
- Knowledge of IT service management processes (e.g., ITIL).
- Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
