About the Position

Product Owner (Technology)

Join Wakacje.pl, Poland's largest e-commerce platform, as a Product Owner (Technology) to shape the future of travel products.

Responsibilities

Creating long-term product roadmaps and translating product vision into iterative delivery plans
Defining sprint goals to ensure each sprint delivers measurable value
Managing dependencies across teams and ensuring transparency
Monitoring observability tools following deployments and backend changes to identify anomalies
Making independent decisions regarding development and evolution of the technology platform

Requirements

Basic programming knowledge sufficient to understand backend-to-frontend dependencies
Ability to write clear and detailed technical requirements and task descriptions
Experience with or ability to quickly learn monitoring and observability tools
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to make independent product decisions
Fluency in Polish and English (minimum C1 level)
