Product Owner with German

About the Position

We are looking for a Product Owner with German proficiency to join our Engineering Methodologies | Product Design department on a full-time basis. The role is based in Cluj-Napoca or Oradea, Romania.

Responsibilities

• Drive Impact: Identify, analyze, and shape business needs to ensure solutions deliver measurable value and improve end-to-end processes.
• Own the Product Direction: Manage and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap, balancing business value, risks, dependencies, and operational constraints.
• Shape Solutions from Discovery to Delivery: Lead discovery workshops, analyze AS-IS processes, and define optimized TO-BE solutions.
• Bridge Business and IT: Act as the connector between stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring shared understanding.
• Translate Needs into Actionable Work: Convert requirements into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Enable Successful Delivery with Partners: Collaborate with internal teams and external providers, preparing detailed requirement packages and validating delivered solutions.
• Drive Adoption and Change: Support stakeholders through UAT cycles, training, and communication, ensuring smooth adoption of new capabilities.
• Ensure Continuous Improvement: Provide ongoing application support, analyze recurring issues, and transform insights into enhancements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership and/or Business Analysis, with a proven record of delivering enterprise solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to understand business context and translate it into actionable outcomes.
• Strong background in evaluating solution alternatives and making informed recommendations.
• Proven ability to transform complex business and process requirements into well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience managing UAT cycles, coordinating stakeholders, and driving adoption across diverse user groups.
• Strong operational mindset, including post-deployment support and continuous improvement of applications and processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly.
