About the Position
We are seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst (CCaaS Solutions) to join our team in Poland, providing strategic business analysis and IT consulting services.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic business analysis and IT consulting services with CCaaS solutions
- Design and implement CCaaS solutions
- Gather and document requirements
- Experience working in a pre-sale environment from solutioning to client communication
- Experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project
- Experience in designing interfaces
- Experience with direct customer communication, presenting and justification of technical decisions
- Usage of UML, BPMN
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience as an analyst
- Strong understanding of contact center operations and technologies
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of the principles and methodologies of Waterfall and Agile
Nice to Have
- Agile Methodology certification
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
