Product Owner_NFR & Compliance @ING Hubs Romania

Responsibilities
As a Product Owner for NFR & Compliance, your daily tasks will include:
- Requirements Analysis: Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and of good quality. Translate them into design and maintain them.
- Process Analysis: Analyze the current situation, problems, and underlying causes. Provide clear process designs.
- Information Analysis: Analyze necessary input, output, and adjustments of data in client processes. Investigate data quality and propose solutions for improvement.
- Risk Analysis: Translate ORM, Compliance, and Legal policies and regulations into design solutions.
- Squad Leadership: Direct the squad consisting of Business Analysts, IT Developers, and IT OPS staff. Ensure implementation, roll-out, and maintenance of the application.
- Backlog Management: Perform backlog management and oversee priorities, considering both business requirements and the vendor’s implementation strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience: Relevant project and banking experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner/Proxy Product Owner with affinity for the functional side and knowledge of the Compliance domain.
- Stakeholder Management: Good communicator with experience in building bridges between multiple stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Basic/good understanding of data feeds, data models, process modeling (BPMN), and testing processes.
- Project Management: Experience with project management, setting priorities, and steering activities.
- Agile Methodology: Practical experience working in agile environments, understanding and supporting the agile way of working in cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Languages: Advanced English proficiency.

- Risk and security knowledge of an app.
- Basic understanding of Release Management concepts.
