Responsibilities

As a member of Miro’s Product team, you’ll embark on one of two continuous growth tracks:

Individual Contributor

• Work cross-functionally to deliver results with a focus on customer value
• Solve ambiguous tasks within your area of expertise
• Lead complex initiatives end-to-end
• Have stream-critical impact

People Manager

• Focus on development and coaching of your team
• Stay close to project decision-making, enabling your team to take the right path
• Collaborate with the Product team to manage roadmaps
• Hire and grow a team of experts
