About the Position
Product Sales II - Account Manager Real estate Lease
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager Real Estate Lease to join our team in Bruxelles, Belgique. As an Account Manager, you will be the ambassador and first point of contact for all matters relating to your customer portfolio within ING Lease. You will contribute to the planned growth in production and profitability while representing ING Lease at internal and external events.
Responsibilities
- Realize the new production target in your region from deal initiation up to notary deed.
- Proactively manage your client portfolio by:
- Having prospect/client meetings and presentations/sales pitches.
- Analyzing and evaluating the customer’s needs.
- Structuring the real estate lease transactions.
- Translating them into an attractive ING Lease proposal.
- Evaluating the real estate project, preparing the credit package, and defending it in the credit committee.
- Negotiating and closing the deal.
- Ensuring a smooth execution of the transaction.
- Actively represent ING Lease at internal and external events, including giving presentations.
- Encourage the ING Business Centers and relationship managers to promote and sell ING Lease to attain commercial objectives.
- Provide continuous development/trainings for the relationship managers of ING Belgium.
- Propose new commercial initiatives to be implemented together with the team.
- Build expertise in real estate and specialized leasing matters: technical, tax, legal, market trends.
- Build and develop a solid and trusting relationship with the customer, striving for a perfect balance between customer satisfaction, profitability, and customer risk.
Requirements
- A master's degree or equivalent by experience.
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience in a sales function in a business environment.
- Proven track record in real estate or leasing is an asset.
- Strong negotiation skills on CEO/CFO level.
- Excellent oral and written skills in Dutch, good oral and written skills in English and French.
