About the Position
We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our Marketing team in Marketing&Sales. The successful candidate will ensure the preparation of product-related reports and coordinate product launch.
Responsibilities
- Drive product portfolio to increase efficiency and reduce complexity.
- Ensure knowledge transfer between headquarters and local organization. Prepare and conduct both internal and external training.
- Work closely with the communication team preparing internal and external literature.
- Support Technical Customer Service department.
- Attend and support trade shows, customer meetings, and dealer visits, as necessary.
Requirements
- Degree in mechanical engineering/business engineering or management.
- 3 years of experience in similar functions (preferred).
- Fluent Portuguese and English language skills (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
- Knowledge of automotive trends today and possible future technology.
- Strong customer orientation, problem-solving, and analytical mindset.
- Proactive, willingness to bring topics forward, and a good team player.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
