Product Support Specialist (with developer-level skill)

About the Client

The Client's company is designed to optimize shopper experiences to increase conversion rate, AOV & revenue. The Client's app seamlessly integrated into Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, and WooCommerce, the client's company delivers AI-Search, Collection filters, Merchandising, Personalization, Similar Styles, and Complete-the-Look.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email (Zendesk) in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams (in R&D)
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and implement solutions
• Continuously learn about our products

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading is a MUST
• Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript is a MUST
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is an ADVANTAGE
• Knowledge of Shopify is an ADVANTAGE
• Experience with Zendesk is an ADVANTAGE
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
