How does your job look as a Productiebeheerder Auto?

Join our Auto team and make a difference for our customers. As a Productiebeheerder Auto, you will be part of a dynamic and committed team that puts the customer at the center. Thanks to your expertise, organizational talent, and service-oriented attitude, you will contribute to a qualitative customer experience while ensuring the efficient management of auto insurance contracts.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the analysis and acceptance of applications for new auto policies, in accordance with the acceptance rules and internal guidelines of NN.
• You draft, adjust, suspend, or terminate auto insurance contracts, ensuring fast, correct, and qualitative processing.
• You handle and follow up on requests from customers, brokers, and partners regarding auto contracts, guarantees, certificates, and policy conditions, providing high-quality and customer-oriented service.
• You closely monitor files and keep the involved parties informed of progress.
• You handle administrative tasks related to contract management, respecting procedures, deadlines, and predefined objectives.
• You collaborate with various internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• You detect improvement opportunities and actively participate in the optimization of processes and working methods.

Requirements

• You hold at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in file management.
• You have a minimum of two years of experience in the insurance sector.
• You are fluent in French and Dutch, both spoken and written.
• You are strongly customer-oriented and always seek the best solution to meet customer needs.
• You work accurately and organized and are able to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• You are independent, proactive, and take initiative when necessary.
• You are results-oriented and actively contribute to achieving the team's objectives.
• You enjoy working with others and contribute to a positive and collegial work atmosphere.
