Production and Technical Engineer

About the Position

Since 2010, the construction company ArtBudService has been delivering large-scale turnkey industrial and commercial projects across Ukraine. Due to business expansion and an increase in the number of projects, we are inviting a qualified specialist to join our team: Production and Technical Department Engineer (PTD).

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Work volume accounting: accurate calculation and record-keeping of main and additional volumes of construction and installation works (CIW).
• Cumulative records: systematic maintenance and updating of cumulative records for projects.
• Design and cost estimate documentation (DCD): analysis, compliance checks, and maintenance of a clear register of design and cost estimate documentation.
• Cost optimization: analysis of resource efficiency, minimization of production costs, and strict accounting of construction material costs.
• Construction documentation: verification, analysis, accounting, preparation, and timely handover to the client of complete technical and construction documentation.
• Technical supervision: quality control and verification of building materials and equipment against approved design solutions directly on site.
• Tender documentation: detailed calculation of actual material quantities based on tender drawings and specifications.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: a degree in a relevant construction discipline.
• Work experience: experience in a similar role (construction engineer, quantity surveyor) within the commercial or industrial construction sector.
• Hard Skills:
  • Confident computer user with essential practical knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, Excel, and MS Project.
• Mobility: willingness to undertake regular business trips to the company’s construction sites across Ukraine.
