About the Position

We are seeking a Production Application Support Consultant for a leading Singapore-based bank to provide 24/7 support for treasury applications.

Responsibilities

Provide L1 application technical and functional support in the production treasury application support environment.
Offer production support experience in Murex application.
Monitor and resolve issues related to online trade booking applications.
Resolve technical services-related issues, manage environment, and provide EOD batch support during morning, night, or weekend shifts.
Manage and interact regularly with application end users and stakeholders.

Must have:
- 3+ years of working experience, preferably in a production treasury application support environment.
- Experience in providing L1 application technical and functional support.
- Control M experience.
- Excellent team collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Flexibility to work in shift timings, including all shifts and over weekends.
Nice to have:
- Prior Murex experience.
- Understanding of the trade life cycle in the Murex application.
- Knowledge on Unix and Shell scripting.
- Knowledge on SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with system backups related to UNIX and Database.
