About the Position
RRD has immediate openings for seasoned Electricians to work in our Durham, NC facility!
Must be able to work a 2,2,3 day shift, 6:45am - 7:00pm OR 6:45pm-7:00am
The ideal candidate will Install, modify, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, test, and load new and existing electrical lines, circuits, systems, and associated fixtures, controls, and equipment. He/She will Install and repair electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities

- Install and repair electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of the construction, installation, operation, and troubleshooting of sophisticated circuitry and controls associated with unique projects.
- Ability to formulate the layout sketch of required electrical circuits, wire new test setups, install strain gauge circuits and recording instruments, check the installed system, and troubleshoot the electrical portions of test equipment.
- Knowledge and ability to anticipate and respond quickly to danger signs through intricate warning systems.
- Skill in the use of hand tools, power tools, and test equipment needed to perform the job effectively.
- Knowledge of electronics to electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, and transistors.
