About the Position

Production Group Leader - OTR

Continental Tyre PJ Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Group Leader to ensure smooth operations through documentation, digitalization support, quality compliance, and improvement initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage production documentation, reporting, and KPI dashboards.
• Support digitalization projects and train operators.
• Ensure quality compliance, analyze production data, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in Lean initiatives, trials, and cost-saving projects while maintaining safety and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field with experience in a production environment.
• Proficiency in digital systems and basic data analysis.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and quality management standards preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with advanced data analysis tools.
• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma.
