About the Position
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Production Intern to join the MAKE team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. MAKE is the production powerhouse behind TBWA\NEBOKO, Amsterdam's leading advertising agency. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end production process of advertising campaigns across three leading agencies.

Responsibilities
- Assist Producers in all stages of production, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery.
- Support the creation of production schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Assist with coordinating logistics for shoots, including location scouting, talent booking, and equipment rentals.
- Help manage communication between internal teams, external vendors, and clients across multiple agencies.
- Assist with the preparation of production documents, such as call sheets, shot lists, and release forms.
- Support on-set activities, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of shoots.
- Assist with post-production tasks, such as editing, color correction, and sound design.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong interest in advertising production, filmmaking, and creative execution.
- Written & spoken Dutch & English.
Nice to Have
- Previous internship experience in a production-related role.
- Familiarity with production software and equipment.
- Experience with video editing or graphic design.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of budgeting.
