Opportunity Highlights
- Shift: 4 days on, 3 days off - Saturday/Sunday and two weekdays from 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Paid Weekly – Consistent weekly pay
- Lead a Critical Operation – Directly influence safety, compliance, productivity, and team performance within a highly regulated processing facility
- Make a Meaningful Impact – Help protect the environment by ensuring materials are safely managed, recycled, and processed responsibly
Responsibilities
- Lead daily production operations while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant processes.
- Champion a strong culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and regulatory compliance.
- Manage, coach, and develop production personnel to drive performance and accountability.
- Oversee material processing, inventory management, and workflow execution.
- Partner with Laboratory, Maintenance, Receiving, and other departments to optimize operations and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with RCRA, permit requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor equipment reliability and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize uptime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Science, Natural Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of leadership experience within environmental services, hazardous waste management, chemical processing, manufacturing, industrial operations, or a related industry preferred.
- Experience managing production, processing, inventory, or plant operations in a regulated environment strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and drive operational results.
- Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and operational excellence principles.
