About this Position

We are looking for a Production Trainee with an interest in production processes, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. This position will support the production area by monitoring improvement initiatives, analyzing information, and executing projects focused on safety, quality, and operational efficiency. It is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic industrial environment, working closely with operations leaders and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor continuous improvement projects and initiatives, supporting capability building within the operation.
• Participate in the implementation of tools and methodologies aimed at improving operational efficiency and process performance.
• Support activities related to the identification, analysis, and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.
• Promote compliance with industrial safety standards, contributing to a safe working environment for all employees.
• Monitor and support compliance with quality standards in production processes.
• Analyze operational information and generate reports using analytical tools to facilitate decision-making.
• Provide support to cross-functional projects and activities in the production area.

Requirements

• Student of Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Interest and basic knowledge in data analysis and analytical tools.
• Interest in continuous improvement, productivity, and operational excellence.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Skills: Assertive communication, Proactivity, Positive attitude and learning orientation, Curiosity and willingness to acquire new knowledge, Ability to work in a team and relate to different levels of the organization, Problem-solving and analysis skills.
