We are looking for a Product Manager (m/w/d) AI & Supplier Integrations for our car rental comparison platform in Augsburg, Germany. Responsibilities

• AI-Features from Idea to Go-Live: Identify areas where AI can have the greatest impact along the customer journey, design solutions, and manage their implementation with IT teams – from prototype to launch.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, product management, executive management, and international partners to independently implement projects.
• Identify and Automate Processes: Continuously analyze internal and partner processes for optimization potential and drive their implementation. Use AI tools to implement automations aimed at increasing efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Shape Product and API Integrations: Independently manage the technical integration of new partners and ensure stable and high-performance integration through data analysis (Python, Tableau, Excel), monitoring, and alerting.
• Make Performance Transparent: Build and maintain meaningful dashboards (e.g., with Kibana, Grafana, Tableau) for partner performance and feature analysis – and proactively derive action recommendations.

Requirements

• Education: Above-average completed studies, ideally with an economic / technical-mathematical background (Business Administration, Global Business Management, Media and Communication Studies, Business Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
• Curiosity about AI / LLM Tools: Interest and experience in using AI/LLM-supported tools (e.g., CursorAI, Figma, Lovable, ChatGPT, Gemini) as well as proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel) and Jira
• Smart Solution Finding: Quick comprehension to understand complex relationships and hands-on mentality to find and implement pragmatic solutions quickly
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Analytical and structured as well as independent working style to continuously improve our processes based on data and facts and to generate recommendations for action
• Digital Mindset: High IT and internet affinity, great interest in e-commerce and digital trends. Technical understanding or willingness to delve into technical topics to be able to argue with IT on an equal footing
• Drive and Communication: Very good communication skills and teamwork to ensure quick and constructive coordination with various stakeholders in a dynamic environment and to achieve measurable results quickly
• Language Skills: Fluent German and English language skills in speech and writing

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Tableau, Excel, and MS Office
