About the Position

We are seeking a Junior Product Manager (m/w/d) for AI, UX & Automation to join our insurance team in Hamburg, focusing on digital product and project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital products and projects
• Utilize your analytical and conceptual skills to drive product innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-based solutions
• Engage with artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs)
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements

• A well-completed degree in Business Studies, (Business) Computer Science, or a scientific field
• Initial professional experience (up to 2 years) in a digital environment, preferably in product or project management
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• High affinity for Artificial Intelligence and LLMs
• Experience in programming or implementing AI-based solutions is advantageous
• Agile working style and flexibility to adapt to new requirements
• Fluent German skills (at least C1 level) in speech and writing
