About the Role

Buscamos um(a) Produtor(a) RTV organizado(a), altamente técnico(a) e com excelente capacidade de comunicação para liderar e articular nossos processos de produção de vídeos, comerciais para TV, peças de áudio e materiais impressos para Ponto de Venda (PDV).

Você será a ponte estratégica entre nossos times de Criação, Atendimento e os fornecedores externos (produtoras de áudio/vídeo e gráficas), garantindo a entrega de campanhas de alta qualidade, no prazo ágil e com eficiência de custos exigida pelo mercado de Varejo.

🎯 Main Responsibilities and Tasks

Supplier Management: Map, approve, negotiate budgets, and manage relationships with image (TV/Digital films) production companies, audio production companies, and printing industries.
RTV Production (Video & Audio): Oversee the entire production cycle of TV commercials and digital videos - from storyboard and briefing analysis, producer selection, pre-production, recordings/sets, to post-production, voice-over, copy traffic, and finalization.
Graphic / Point of Sale Production: Mediate the production and printing of Point of Sale materials (PDV linens, posters, tabloids, banners, retail promotional materials), evaluating technical proofs, papers, finishes, and printing deadlines.
Budget Control & Deadlines: Prepare budgets, negotiate costs (cost-efficiency), manage production spreadsheets, and ensure compliance with highly dynamic schedules.
Internal Interface: Work in synergy with the Creative, Account, and Media teams to ensure the technical and financial feasibility of ideas before execution.
Copyrights and Licensing: Monitor the hiring processes for cast, voice actors, soundtracks, and image/music licenses.

🚨 Required Skills (Mandatory)

Proven experience in RTV Production in advertising agencies or production companies.
Consolidated experience in the RETAIL segment (understanding the fast pace of campaigns, promotions, and short deadlines).
Mastery of the technical stages of audio/video production and specifications of printed materials for PDV.
Relationship and market knowledge with sound/image and printing producers.
Strong financial negotiation and budget management skills.
Must reside in Rio de Janeiro.

Resilience and Agility: Ease in working in fast-paced environments and proposing quick solutions to unforeseen events on set or in the printing house.
