About the Position

AAA Game Art Studio specializes in providing art creation services for gaming companies across Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, and Asia. Our clients represent the gaming sector as well as advertising agencies and publishing houses. We are looking for a qualified and proactive producer.

Responsibilities

Systematization of processes within the studio
Planning and control of productions for multiple clients and teams (more than 120 performers and 20 clients simultaneously)
Task assignment and interaction with other company departments
Working with CRM and communication software (Jira, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Miro, Asana, Slack, etc.)
Working with numbers and metrics analysis
Maintaining project documentation
Quality control of projects
Team development

Requirements

English language (at least Intermediate) + knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian
At least 1 year of experience in the gaming or art development industry
Deep knowledge of CRM and time management systems
Ability to plan, structure, and automate work
Responsibility, organization, punctuality, ability to work in a remote team

Nice to Have

Analytical skills
Experience with 2D/3D art projects
Understanding of the game graphics creation process
Passion for gaming
