About the Position
AAA Game Art Studio specializes in providing art creation services for companies from Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, and Asia. Our clients represent the gaming sector as well as advertising agencies and publishing houses. We are looking for a qualified and proactive producer.
Requirements
- English (Intermediate level) + knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian;
- At least 1 year of experience in the game development or art industry;
- Deep knowledge of CRM and time management systems;
- Ability to plan, structure, and automate your work;
- Responsibility, organization, punctuality, ability to work in a remote team.
Responsibilities
- Systematization of processes within the studio;
- Planning and control of production for multiple clients and teams (more than 120 performers and 20 clients simultaneously);
- Task assignment and interaction with other departments of the company;
- Work with CRM and communication software (Jira, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Miro, Asana, Slack, etc.);
- Work with numbers and metrics analysis;
- Maintenance of project documentation;
- Quality control of projects;
- Team development.
Nice to Have
- Analytical skills;
- Experience with 2D/3D art projects;
- Understanding of the game graphics creation process;
- Passion for gaming.
