About the Position
Profesor - Digital Marketing
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Teacher with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. This is a full-time position offering a flexible schedule and attractive benefits.
Responsibilities
- Teaching and Mentoring: Deliver Digital Marketing courses tailored to the learning level of students (beginners and advanced).
- Practical Skills Development: Guide students in creating real campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content marketing, etc.).
- Assessment and Feedback: Test knowledge, evaluate progress, and provide constructive feedback for performance improvement.
- Individual Support: Assist students in overcoming technical or conceptual difficulties.
- Collaboration: Engage in the academy's educational projects and collaborate with the teaching team for training program development.
- Critical Thinking Promotion: Train students in analyzing results and making data-driven decisions.
- Ethics and Professionalism: Impart best practices and professional values to students.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Proven experience in managing campaigns and optimizing results
What You Should Know
- Plan and implement online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Understand SEO principles and optimize websites for search engines
- Create and manage content marketing strategies (blog, social media, newsletters)
- Use analytics and monitoring tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Understand the sales funnel and apply conversion and remarketing techniques
- Experience in creating and managing a coherent digital communication plan
