Professional Machine Learning Entwickler (m/w/d) Gen AI & Recommender Systems

About the Position

We are seeking a Professional Machine Learning Developer for Gen AI & Recommender Systems to join our team in Erfurt.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement generative AI and recommender systems using machine learning techniques.
• Utilize Python and popular ML libraries such as scikit-learn and TensorFlow.
• Work with relational databases, particularly SQL, and other database technologies like Elasticsearch and Redis.
• Approach complex problems analytically with statistics and machine learning to find suitable solutions.
• Drive the conception and implementation of machine learning and AI services using software engineering skills and modern cloud technologies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in developing generative AI and machine learning applications, ideally in recommender and ranking systems.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with common ML libraries/frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Experience with relational databases (especially SQL) and other database and storage technologies (Elasticsearch, Redis).
• Analytical approach to complex problems using statistics and machine learning.
• Enjoyment in advancing machine learning and AI services from conception to implementation using software engineering skills and modern cloud technologies.
• Fluent German and English skills (at least C1 level) are mandatory.
