About the Role
As a Professional Marketing Manager, you will drive Healthcare Professional (HCP) activation excellence through the localization and implementation of multi-channel engagement toolkits designed to build trust, confidence, and recommendation of our self-care brands among HCPs, while measuring and reporting their impact on business performance.
Working as part of the IMEX Professional Marketing team, you will contribute to the execution of HCP engagement strategies and success models across multiple brands and HCP audiences. In close collaboration with Regulatory and other cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure all HCP-facing materials successfully complete local approval processes prior to deployment. You will also track campaign reach, engagement, and effectiveness, generating insights to evaluate impact and support the continuous optimization of HCP activation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Adapt and localize global HCP communication toolkits to meet local market needs, leveraging the Global Success Model (GSM), customer insights, brand science, and healthcare ecosystem knowledge to drive awareness, advocacy, and category leadership.
- Gather and translate local HCP insights into impactful communication strategies and engagement initiatives across brands and target audiences.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Global and Local Professional Marketing, Regulatory, Medical, Sales, and agency partners to ensure compliant and effective HCP activation across channels.
- Manage external agencies in the development and delivery of localized HCP content, educational initiatives, and engagement materials based on global assets.
- Support the execution of HCP engagement strategies through collaboration with professional organizations and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), in alignment with regulatory and company requirements.
- Develop and optimize HCP go-to-market plans for ongoing engagement activities and product launches, while monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Drive the deployment of HCP toolkits to sales and detailing teams and represent the company at key HCP congresses, conferences, and professional events, demonstrating strong Professional Marketing capabilities across insights, content, innovation, collaboration, and commercial execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Healthcare, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with strong experience in HCP engagement and healthcare communications.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer health industries across Professional Marketing, Medical Marketing, HCP Communications, Sales, or Detailing roles.
- Strong understanding of the local healthcare ecosystem, HCP landscape, and stakeholder dynamics, with experience developing communication strategies and content for HCP audiences.
- Experience in developing and implementing multi-channel HCP engagement programs, including educational materials, communication assets, and training content.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and translate complex information into clear, actionable plans.
- Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
