About the Position
Our client is an engineering consultancy company specializing in project management and commissioning services, partnering with global life science and technology companies on strategic projects. We are seeking a Program Engagement Lead (PEL) to support the Construction, Commissioning & Quality team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the RFP process for Commissioning Agent (CxA) and QA services.
- Review proposals, perform bid leveling, and support final selection.
- Coordinate onboarding of CxA/QA providers, ensuring timely integration into projects.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure compliance with commissioning specifications and Owner Program.
Requirements
- Support documentation management and tracking of quality and commissioning activities.
- Participate in project meetings and travel regularly to project sites.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Full-time availability.
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in construction and/or commissioning environments.
- Experience managing vendors and RFP processes.
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel.
