About the Position

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Ariake - Tokyo, Japan. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of our products for a customer base, managing the customer interface in Japan, and ensuring the development of high-quality products. You will work with a global cross-functional team to drive world-class system development and maintain zero customer defects.

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of product development for a customer base.
  • Manage the customer interface in Japan and serve as the escalation path for the customer.
  • Participate in program development from inception to post-launch maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop new business opportunities.
  • Plan, manage, and complete the development of products with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ensure adherence to high-quality processes and standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Project Management.
  • Strong ability in Cross-functional Team Leadership.
  • Expertise in Quality Assurance.
