About the Position

We are seeking a Program Manager Expert for the Boeteplatform to oversee digital projects in the justice system, ensuring efficient implementation and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital projects within the justice system.
• Coordinate organizational and digital processes.
• Implement digitalization projects to improve the execution of fines and reduce administrative workload.
• Manage and monitor ongoing projects.
• Ensure the successful implementation of the Crossborder Directive.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years for an expert profile
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• At least 10 years of experience in project management
• Fluency in French and Dutch
• Experience with project management methodologies (PRINCE2, AGILE)
• Experience working within a government service

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and alignment skills
• Ability to create a clear roadmap and ensure it is followed
• Ability to explain projects to both internal and external stakeholders
