About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager with advanced Japanese language skills to support an Application Security team by coordinating code hygiene and operational ownership programs. You will lead team meetings, create project documentation, manage change initiatives, and track and communicate progress, risks, and key results across PMO teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage change initiatives
• Track and communicate progress, risks, and key results across PMO teams and leadership
• Work with PMO teams across the organization to track, report, and communicate progress, risks, blockers, and key results (KRs)
• Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management roles or similar
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Experience with IQL or SQL and strong analytical skills
• Advanced Japanese skills
• Strong ability to work as a self-starter
• Ability to proactively and independently research, experiment, and solve problems with rapid iteration cycles to deliver results quickly
• Upper-intermediate English level
