About the Position
Program Manager Non Life (Segment Enterprises)
Location: Brussels – Fonsnylaan
Type: Permanent

Salary: €5562 - €10330
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the end-to-end implementation plan
- Define, manage and monitor the project budget
- Determine the required implementation team, identifying the expertise needed across the various departments
- Support the recruitment and selection of new talent and expertise across all departments
- Ensure alignment and effective collaboration between all involved teams
- Coordinate the necessary training and follow-up for the Operations teams (Customer Care and Claims Handling)
- Refine and challenge the commercial approach to ensure its effectiveness
- Oversee and guide the implementation across all involved departments
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Program Manager within the financial services sector
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
- Strong strategic overview combined with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset
- Innovative and skilled in stakeholder management
- Strong affinity for digitalisation, innovation, and customer-centric solutions
- Excellent project and programme management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex initiatives successfully
- Ability to build commitment and bring diverse stakeholders together around a shared vision
- Highly analytical with decision-making based on data and business insights
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on priorities, deadlines, and budget
- Experience in change management and guiding organisations through transformation
- Outstanding communication skills and credibility at executive and senior management levels
