Program Manager Non Life (Segment Enterprises)
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Type: Permanent
Salary: €5562 - €10330 per year
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to help us implement a new activity, launching products for the professional insurance market (SE-self-employed and SME-small/medium-sized enterprises up to 10 employees). This Program Manager will shape the entire approach, with proven experience in non-life SE/SME products. They will report to the Managing Director Non Life.
Responsibilities
- Drafting an end-to-end implementation plan.
- Budget determination and monitoring.
- Identifying the necessary implementation team (which knowledge is needed in which department).
- Supporting the selection of new knowledge (resources) for all departments.
- Ensuring alignment among various teams.
- Providing necessary training and follow-up for Operations teams (customer care & claims handling teams).
- Refining the commercial approach and acting as a challenger.
- Overseeing and guiding the implementation across all involved departments.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Program Manager in the financial sector and in-depth knowledge of the SE and SME market.
- Fluent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
- Combines a strong helicopter view with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
- Innovative and strong in stakeholder management.
- Affinity with digitalization, innovation, and customer-oriented solutions.
- Excellent project and program management skills, successfully realizing complex projects.
- Strong in creating support and connecting different stakeholders around a common vision.
- Analytically strong, making decisions based on data and business insights.
- Results-oriented, maintaining focus on priorities, timing, and budget.
- Experience with change management and guiding organizations through transformations.
- Strong communication skills and a convincing interlocutor at the executive and management level.
