Program Manager

About the Position

Become our next FutureStarter at ZF and shape the future of mobility. We are looking for talented individuals to join our team in Gebze, Turkey. As a Program Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to lead projects, manage teams, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects with various complexities and leading (interdisciplinary) project teams
• Ensuring their effectiveness and acting as a link between customer, supplier, partners, and departments
• Managing the project scope, time, budget, contracting, and quality according to relevant standards
• Elaborating a project plan in alignment with the project goals and performing cross-departmental planning for all functions involved
• Managing risks, resolving problems/issues, and managing baseline changes
• Managing communication and stakeholder reporting & escalating to decision makers

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in engineering or business-related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management (project management certification will be an advantage)
• Ability to lead and motivate others and knowledge of project-planning tools
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a project & resource plan, including baseline change management
• Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations and interacting with (senior) leadership
• Knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
• Turkish native speaker & living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Kocaeli (Gebze & İzmit)
