  • Customer Support & Consulting: Tactical advice to your clients on a daily basis regarding target group targeting, channel selection, and budget usage, as well as support in the further development of client budgets.
  • Reporting & Troubleshooting: Creation of understandable analyses and dashboards, as well as support for the AdOps team with tracking questions and technical troubleshooting in the ad server area.
  • PMP Deals & Partner Exchange: Participation in the setup of Private Marketplaces (PMP) and Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) Deals, as well as friendly exchange with publishers, SSPs, and data providers.
  • Team Spirit & Co-Creation: Close knowledge exchange in the team, mutual support in daily agency life, and assistance in the preparation of customer workshops and presentations.

Requirements

  • DSP & AdTech Experience: Solid hands-on experience in the use of at least one leading Enterprise-DSP (ideally DV360, preferably Adform, Amazon, or TTD) and a good basic understanding of the AdTech landscape.
  • Feed & DCO Know-how: Initial practical experience in handling product feeds and interest in dynamic advertising media (DCO) as well as common feed or dynamic creative tools.
  • Team Spirit & Personality: An approachable, sympathetic personality with a genuine enjoyment of strong teamwork, an open error culture, and a respectful mutual interaction in daily agency life.
  • Analytics & AI Affinity: Good MS Office skills (especially Excel), initial understanding of web analytics (GA4) or tag management (GTM), and curiosity about new AI tools in marketing.
  • Problem Solving & Reliability: A structured, meticulous approach to campaign setups, high accuracy with numbers and budgets, and a desire to continuously develop professionally.
  • Communication & Languages: The ability to prepare programmatic topics understandably for customers, paired with fluent German and good English skills.

Additionally, you are: #programmatic-talent #team-player #adtech-curious
