QATestLab is an international provider of independent testing services with 20+ years of experience delivering QA support across multiple industries - from eCommerce, banking, and healthcare to game, media, and telecom. Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile, and cloud applications.
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to strengthen our project coordination team, who is eager to learn project organization, work with documentation and reporting, and develop communication skills for effective team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Organize project work (create project plans, project documentation, questionnaires, chats, engage teams)
- Plan and coordinate tasks for short periods and conduct team meetings
- Document and create reports (update project plan, record decisions, outcomes, generate reports)
- Monitor progress (track execution, respond to deviations)
- Communicate with teams and business owners, support them in project management (inform project team, initiate problem escalation)
- Develop internal regulations/instructions, etc.
- Provide methodological assistance during project implementation
Requirements
- Have 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative activities
- Have experience working with large amounts of information
- Have experience with multitasking, as well as organizing and coordinating work processes
- Have experience in effective communication
- Be able to structure information and identify key points
- Have experience in coordinating multiple processes simultaneously and ensuring timely task completion
