About the Position

ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Project Coordinator in Poland to join our Shared Support Team. This role is remote and hybrid, focusing on delivering exceptional managed services that extend beyond traditional break-and-fix support. We aim to foster partnerships and be proactive in helping our clients grow from startups to enterprises.

About the Project

In ELEKS Support team, we focus on building strong relationships with our clients by combining reliable support with developmental practices that enhance system reliability and adapt functionality to meet their evolving business needs. This role will require working on several projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage operations and feature development from initiation to closure within budget, schedule, and resource limits
• Organize the team to help restore normal production operations in case of failure, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and status updates
• Understand and communicate client business needs to project team
• Negotiate, define, communicate, and manage the scope of the project
• Develop, maintain, and effectively execute project plan throughout the project life. Ensure timely revision of project plan to meet changing needs and requirements
• Forecast, track, and manage budgets, ensure timely invoicing
• Define, communicate, implement, and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the service operations
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks
• Identify project resources necessary and partner with other company managers to acquire resources
• Build and nurture an effective and collaborative project team. Promote effective individual and team performance
• Mentor team members and support their professional growth

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in IT project management
• Prior experience with support environments and/or ITIL framework is a strong advantage
• Good understanding of IT system and project life-cycles in general
• Knowledge of theoretical or practical aspects of Waterfall/Agile Project Management as well as IT Service Management
• Understanding of project financial area – project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and resources utilization
• Understanding of offshore and remote teams management
• Knowledge of project management tools: JIRA Service Management, MS Project, MS Excel
• Strong planning, organization, and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced English
