About the Position

Project Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join AUMOVIO ADVANCED ANTENNA LTDA. in Frankfurt, Germany. This role is pivotal in leading and managing cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of automotive projects.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Coordinating Project Deadlines: Monitor progress, define deliverables, and assign tasks to relevant departments.
• Managing Project Issues: Select stakeholders, moderate problem-solving meetings, and decide on solution strategies.
• Client Coordination: Negotiate technical aspects and work package scopes to achieve win-win results.
• Requirements Management: Review and evaluate customer requirements, ensuring traceability in component requirements documents.
• Test Planning: Define test scope and concept, create test plans, and coordinate with the customer.
• Release Management: Set release dates, review release documentation, and manage risk assessments.
• Reporting: Report test results to the customer and negotiate deviations.
• Project Oversight: Setup project plans, track progress, control budget and resources, and report overall project status.
• Team Leadership: Lead team members, assign work packages, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Cultural Development: Help build a supportive culture of cooperation and teamwork.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Experience in the Automotive sector.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in risk management, budgeting, and financial planning.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management and client relations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
