About the Position
Де7 Partner LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. If you have at least 1 year of experience and are looking to grow in project management, we welcome you to our team!
You will have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals, receive mentor support, and have the prospect of developing into a Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Participation in the planning and implementation of projects
- Coordination of individual streams or parts of the project
- Involvement in budget and resource planning management
- Identification of potential risks and assistance in their control
- Support of communication within the team and with stakeholders
- Assistance in conducting performance evaluations
- Coordination of processes related to deadlines and changes
- Quality control at all stages of the project
Requirements
- Experience in project work or in a coordination role for at least 1 year
- Knowledge of project phases and documentation requirements
- Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Basic understanding of stakeholder management principles and effective stakeholder interaction
- Skills in conflict resolution and working with different types of communication
- Proficient user of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, analytics)
- English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher
