About the Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator who is passionate about the technologies that contribute to smart buildings. As a Project Coordinator in the projects department, you will be responsible for effectively planning and preparing a variety of projects. You will work closely with project leaders, project coordinators, technical staff, clients, and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You have an eye for detail and are able to switch quickly in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and managing schedules for ongoing and new projects
- Coordinating materials, resources, and personnel to achieve efficient project execution
- Preparing necessary documentation, work orders, instructions, and technical drawings
- Maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of a completed MBO-4 education, preferably in the field of Technology, Civil Engineering, or Project Management
- Experience as a Project Coordinator in a project environment is a plus
- Excellent planning and organizational skills is a must
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn and embrace new technologies
- Sense of responsibility, flexible, and stress-resistant
