Project Coordinator / PMO – Steering Systems

Role Overview

The Project Coordinator ensures efficient execution, transparency, and compliance of steering systems development projects within OEM governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Ensure efficient execution and compliance of steering systems development projects
Manage release processes, documentation status, and milestone tracking
Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and status presentations
Organize, moderate, and document project meetings and committees
Experience with OEM processes (preferably VW environment)
High level of structure, communication strength, and stakeholder management
Tool affinity (Jira, Confluence, project tracking tools)

Requirements

EXPERTISE

Experience in automotive development (preferred VW)
Experience in steering development (preferred)
Project reporting and stakeholder management
Release and approval management
Requirements management
Change management
Risk management
Problem management
Schedule planning and tracking (cPlace)
Creation and approval of ZDCs and FTABs

Nice to Have

Automotive development
